Monthly “Tree House” Quest Sessions :
A recurring issue for us is that there are always more urgent things that drag our attention away from designing more joy into our work.
Each month, in this 1 hr session, each Fierce Club member decides their most valuable fierce quest for the month.
Each member gets a spot in the hot seat to discuss what success looks like that month in their quest and work through the dream cracker on that quest.
When you’re not in the hot seat, you can unmute, turn off screen and use that time to get cracking - or stay and listen and maybe get inspired.
Knowing that there is a little bit of fierce work in your life every month makes a GIANT difference to your happiness at work.
Weekly Wednesday “Let’s do this!” sessions
Optional implementation session, where we each share the one thing that would delight you if you could get it done in the next 50 mins.
And then just do it. Together. Silently. Cameras on (or off if you prefer).
