Monthly Treehouse Quest Sessions
A recurring issue for us is that there are always more urgent things that drag our attention away from designing more joy into our work.
Each month, in this 1 hr session our small group of Fierce Club members each decide what their most valuable quest is for that month.
In the first half hour of the session, each member decides what their Fierce Quest is for that month.
In the second half of the session, we each quietly moving the quest forward - in silence.
I’ve been testing this out personally for the last few months and it’s making a GIANT difference to my happiness at work.
