Final LIVE programme of 2022

This is the final time that the doors to The Fierce Emporium open (for the deep learning phase) in 2022.

Design work that you could love…forever (or for as long as you want to work!

Become one of a small group of midlifer professionals from different professional backgrounds, locations and specialisms who meet once a week for group training, coaching and Q&As, while simultaneously, independently completing the 6-week midlife career redesign programme in the comfort of their own homes, on their schedule.

And then spend the rest of our 12 months together making guided and supported practical changes.

Is The Fierce Emporium right for you?

Professionals, predominantly in their 40s, 50s who…

  • don’t want to wake up in ten years with regrets about their career.

  • want to wake up one day in the future, looking forward to their work.

  • either have no idea what they want to do “when they grow up” or have so many ideas they can’t decide which is right.

  • are/have been suffering from being in the wrong job or career (symptoms include: boredom, lack-lustre, stress, exhaustion, insomnia, overwhelm or feeling low).

  • have decided that learning how to design the next decade of their work life is one of their top priorities.

  • feel like they’re losing their career mojo.

  • want to make sure that any change they make is right for them and their life-style goals.

  • have reached their tipping point (their now-or-never moment) and are prepared to make some sacrifices to carve out a few hours a week over six weeks design work differently.

  • have already invested time and energy in trying to make changes (reading self-development books, listening to podcasts, trying to think of the ‘perfect’ idea or attempting to narrow down ideas) but can’t seem to create momentum.

  • are ready to be honest and tackle the stuff that’s getting in their way to learn and practise the skills that will lead them to doing work that they could love…maybe forever.

  • are ready for change but can’t upset the applecart of life - so no risking the mortgage by throwing the baby out with the bath water or encouragement to go earn millions in your four-hour working week from a sunny island hammock with nothing but a webcam and iMac.
