12 midlifers from all different professional backgrounds, locations and careers will come together for an intensive 6 weeks career overhaul.
What to expect:
6 Group Coaching Sessions - Every Friday lunchtime. Share your aha moments and ask questions to keep you moving at pace towards your goals.
Each Monday you will receive your personal challenges for the week. The challenges will be accompanied by video explainers, pdfs, on-line experiences, audio support and examples.
Opportunity to add-on one-to-one coaching (at a discounted price) for times when you get stuck or want to move faster..
Who is The Fierce Emporium programme for?
Midlife Professionals (typically in their 40s or 50s - but not exclusively) who feel career stuck but still have a little hope that they could do work in the future that matters more - to them and others.
Midlifers who are prepared to try to think about things in a different way and want to learn new things. (There is nothing woo woo going on in The Fierce Emporium - every single element has been designed with an underlying understanding of the psychology of work. But because we never think about our career in this depth - it will all feel very unfamiliar in the beginning.
Anyone who is prepared to think deeply about their career history from lots of different angles.
Anyone who can commit to making the programme one of their top priorities in life for 6 weeks.
Anyone who can carve out a little bit of time every day or two to sit down alone and focus on themselves and their career.
