What to expect

Based upon the latest psychology research on work happiness, I have designed a step-by-step process that helps mid-lifers to unlock their very own formula for re-designing their careers in a way that simply fits.

Depending on which coaching package you choose, you will: 

  • Be able to clearly articulate what it is that you want, very specifically, in your life and career in the future. 

  • More easily be able to say "No" to the elements of your career that don't fit in with your chosen future. 

  • Understand many of your "super powers" and how they can be pointed at "super problems" within a company or at specific market. 

  • Very easily be able to evaluate which environments you will be able to thrive within, and which you need to avoid.

  • Have a deeper understanding of the personality features which have made you successful to date and which you can amplify to take you forward. 

  • Understand what's stopping you from doing more fulfilling work and be pointed towards ways to overcome those hindrances. 

  • Discuss and explore a variety of ideas generated in our sessions to get paid to do something more joyful, more of the time.

  • Have clearer direction, planning tools and accountability for taking next steps.

  • Have a clear vision of how your career can actually bring joy to your life rather than drain the life out of your life. 

 

 

 


What I don't do

  • I don't help people to look for the same job in a different company (although I can refer you to some great people who do just that).
  • I don't give you all the answers.  Only you know yourself well enough to find your answers.  I lead you though a tried and tested, step-by-step programme.  I probe under the surface to help you get a better understanding of what skills you have to offer the world and then lead you through a range of scientifically proven techniques to enable you to design your own career transformation.  
  • I don't use guess work - I am an evidence-based coach meaning I only use techniques which have been rigorously tested to make change and career transformation possible.
